Didn’t get what I purchased 付款后并没有得到pointset
I am a player from Denmark. I purchased this item twice 2nd March. But my account didn’t opdate. I did contact the App right away. 7th March they replied me told me that I didn’t pay for the two items. But same day I checked my bank account I did pay. And I right away send my bank receipt to them. It’s already been 10days. No answer anymore. That’s total 858dkk( about 125USD) for nothing! What can I do if they just play dead. I already wrote 3 email to them. No response.
I did go to VIP push restore
I did restart the App
I did restart my iPhone
I didn’t change my internet between 4G to 5G
Nothing happened. I did purchase many times before no problems until now. If they can fix the bug then tell me. Instead no answer at all.

Lost my account
I loveeee this game so so soo much, but my old phone with my account broke, and now i cant login due to this thing where you have to have your old phone to login your new phone…
Please put in to concideration that users old phones can get destroyed :((

Obey me is overall really great game, however I haven't played for tow years now, and can't remember anything that happened in the game since then. So if you could add an option that allowed you to re-write your data, it'd be great.

I love the game, but I have a problem in the game and can’t get the needed help, I can’t sent mail to the address given in the app and the support link doesn’t work either
This is a fantastic game!
Everything just fits together so nicely!
Once you start gaining AP it isnt that hard to get, though lessons beyond lesson 21 are starting to become very hard, to the point where you have to use glowsticks.
Because you dont have enough grimm to level up your cards.
However i think thats the only flaw!
Everything else is amazing, especially the story.
Keep up the amazing work!

Today was my birthday and I can’t explain how happy I got when I logged in today. My teacher has corona so I was quarantined and had to spend my birthday alone in my room but I felt so appreciated when the demons wished me a happy bd, so thanks to the creators for making this game ^^
