Photos and videos got deleted
I was storing my pics on my gmail account and it suddenly got deleted. How can I get them back ? 😭

Cloud storage
This app restrict cloud storage to only 8 Mb. I have an account for 1 Tb, but I can’t upload my photos any more because of that restriction. And I don’t want to buy any more space.
I can’t open my cloud storage even I still pay the subscription
I registered my account via Facebook a while ago. Now they stopped support Facebook, but my account was linked through the FB, so when I go to my cloud it says add the phone number as we don’t support FB anymore. It says so, but when I want to add my phone number pops out the message “error”. How can I access to my cloud account now? I have my information saved there, memory, photos, work. I need all those files. I am paying the subscription but can’t access to the cloud anymore.

Не заходила в Облако несколько месяцев - переезд, ремонт. Стала получать предупреждения о возможной заморозке Облака. Чтобы избежать этого, надо было войти в аккаунт. Входила много раз, добавляла и удаляла файлы, но предупреждения продолжали приходить. Сегодня сообщили, что мое Облако заморожено и через 60 дней будет очищено. Снова вошла - работает. Это сбой в программе, фейк предупреждения или что? И не знаешь, куда обращаться за помощью. Есть ли обратная связь с админом Облака? Будьте осторожны, не потеряйте ваши файлы!
Самое медленное и неудобное облако
Пару лет назад выбрал бесплатную версию этого облака и тогда все было нормально, через какое-то время по акции расширил объём (и то пришлось разбираться через тех поддержку т.к. списали деньги дважды). Пару месяцев назад заметил, что с телефона файлы заливаются целую вечность, при интернете в 50 мб/сек загрузки за ночь не успевали загружаться 200 файлов. Выяснилось что за эти же деньги, что я плачу тут, на моем другом облаке мне докинут ещё 100гб, вместо 32 что даёт мэилру. И тут началась свистопляска с выуживанием файлов с облака мэилру. Скачать файлы более 4гб нельзя, т.е. папку с 36гб фотографий не скачать. Пришлось устанавливать трижды клятый О Диск, который со всевозможными ошибками и вылетами трое суток синхронизировал несчастные 40гб информации. Отмучился, наконец-таки заполучив свою информацию обратную и зарекаюсь когда-либо ещё пользоваться услугами мэилру, чего и вам советую.

Thanks guys! You gave second life to your app. Now it’s much more comfortable to use. Like when it shows same day different year photos. But since both me and my husband share app, we have bunch of repeated photos. If you could delete repeated ones, that would be great! And when I download photos to computer, they’re saved in .heic. Why not jpg? But overall big thanks.
