OC Bus

I take the bus everywhere but when I buy the ticket and scan the barcode for the first time, it keeps saying “invalid ticket”. I keep showing the driver the ticket on the app with the date.. it works after that for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th bus ride. Please fix the bug of it saying “invalid ticket” when the ticket barcode is just newly bought. But overall, everything works fine.

You buy a ticket through the app and it ALWAYS scans as invalid ticket and even though it’s active and they can see it the bus drivers give you so much hassle like they don’t already know what they’re dealing with. Pathetic.

How am i supposed to buy a ticket if the purchase option doesnt even work it just stays loading on payment option This app shouldnt exist at this point

Whenever I’ve tried to buy tickets through the app, it doesn’t work on the bus

The ticket expires instantly when I tried to activate and scan it pass. It is humiliating when the driver just look at you and think you’re trying to get away without buying a ticket.

The bus is always late from 5 minutes to 25 minutes it’s not predictable at all. The bus leaves before schedule too! Very bad.

They boast how high their ratings are yet none of their buses are ever on time. Terrible drivers and a terrible service

Customer support was not helping me resolve my issue. The ladies were not nice, not helpful at all just said the same thing. Still need assistance asap

I’ve been using the app for sometime now and there’s no payment option for people with disabilities. It’s 75 cent to ride the bus but the app will not give you an option and charge you a full 2 dollars. You’re better off just carrying money if you’re going to ride the bus.
