MY OTP DOESNT WORK. YOUR UI IS SO BAD TO THE POINT IT MAKES ME WANT TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER BANK.

Really don’t wanna hold ocbc bank cus of their bank app. Really inefficient and not tailed to iPhone users. So many unnecessary steps that make my banking wrok using ocbc always stress me so much…I have to transfer fees to get IRAS statement within an hour and they asking me to wait 24hrs to add the payee I just wanna transfer fees and why do I have first adding the payee for one time use and waiting for 24hrs??

Your service is always temporarily unavailable. Seems more like perpetually unavailable to me.

Try almost 1 week to register new account. Always failed at scanning back id. Wtf your system. Wasting my time

Worst Banking app. SingPass login is not working since Nov 2023. Less friendly app, cannot reset password. Not user friendly at all. Might want to take some pointers from SC / DBS.

Worst user interface of all the banks

OCBC really need to improve, I’m a new user and I just applied OCBC but they didn’t give me token key and I can’t use PayNow. The app have a setting for PayNow but it can’t do anything, why OCBC don’t use face recognition or SMS code verification or password verification, or email code verification???? This token key is really extra and troublesome. If I know the system work like this I won’t even care to open!

I know investing can bring revenue to company but why you fix it to the favorite button on behalf and not allow customers to change it?
