Ocean Bank Mobile Banking

As a bank ocean bank is the best- so much better than any other bank A) very personal, they actually call w/ suspect checks to confirm B) Felix escalona is the best out of the Miami Beach office C) why wouldn’t you support your local bank? Money stays in miami employs lots of people. D) the mobile app was so much better than the new-maybe I need to get used to it but it seems a little difficult to maneuver. E) when I go, I’m treated very well, personable- unlike so many other banks

Love the new look of the app!

Previous version was more intuitive for simple needs. No reason to creat a desktop version for mobile. Which is what it feels like.

This app is the worst. It’s slow and I can’t check my account before 8am sometimes. It doesn’t have many updates features aside from zelle.

Impossible to deposit a check since the latest update. Gives constant errors when trying to submit check images.

The app is ridiculous zelle doesn’t work it is supposed to sed money at the moment it takes more than 5 days for the person to get it and it has a minimum of 5 dollars..... when you try to clic nothing works . The deposit part is horribleeeeeeeee please pay what you have to pay so zelle works correctly .And fix this app .. the bank itself is AWESOME BUT the app is the WORST
