Basically, I have no complaints until today when I am trying to print out my 2023 monthly statements for my accountant. I can print one month, however if I want to print another month, a blank screen with an “error” message appears across the top. I discovered if I close the APP, log out, wait for it to reboot…I can then print another month. Particularly inconvenient when I need 12 months of statements. Took over an hour.

We have been Ocean First Bank customers for many years. I can honestly say we’ve never had any interaction or experience that wasn’t positive. We have retired and moved out of state, but Ocean First remains our bank. Great bank and great people!

I tried to update a payee information change and it will not allow me to do so. Keeps saying error. Complete waste of my time not just once but twice on two separate days. Very disappointing.

In the Margate Branch all the tellers and Bank officers are fantastic always helpful and always pleasant Everyone in the bank is knowledgeable and accomodating and always pleasant

You login the they want to send you a code but when you try to use the code it’s stuck and it’s useless I wanted to deposit a check

My friend sending me the money from Zelle but I didn’t receive it.

Would love to add Face Recognition to this app. All the other banking/finance apps I use utilize the Face Recognition feature.
