The time syncing isn’t working. I used my toothbrush at morning but I can’t see my brushing result now. Maybe I can found it, but one day earlier with wrong time.

My toothbrush has not been connected to my phone for a long time. It does not show reports. When will we get an update? The previous version was bug free.

When I try to connect my phone the app says I need to disconnect the toothbrush from the other phone. My old phone says the same. I haven't find anything on the web, if it's possible to reset the brush. So for now, this app is unusable for me

The new update is horrible, I am sorry but it’s like I use Windows98 after Windows10. I regret the time when pushed the update button. 😡

How can i sync the brushing data? I am unable to get that. Only the battery info synced. I try to find some info on google but no success yet

The connection is working as it displays the battery status correctly, but no brushing data

Tragiczną aplikacja. Licznik dni używania końcówki zeruje się po restarcie urządzenia. Nie zawsze raportuje informacje o myciu zębów. Nie polecam

When I downloaded the app (about 3 years ago) it was great, everything worked fine but then there was an update which the app told me to download so I did and it changed everything. Since then the app lags a lot, I have to click ”change the brush head” for like 100 times because after clicking it changed to ”brush head used for 0 days” but after opening the app again the number of days was as before. The app logs me out very often, it disconnects from the toothbrush every 5 seconds. When I try to brush my teeth with it connected to the app the brushing stops for multiple times and I have to start again and even then it doesn’t show any data about the brushing. I have no data about brushing for the past 2 years

Can’t even login to the app though Apple ID or register via normal email
