so i like this toothbrush. just wish it would work with the app for people in the united states.

Cant even pair my toothbrush when the SN numbers is correct

Got the Elite edition. Says S/N is wrong. Oclean does not update their app to support their top model and ignore emails. Shame.

Can’t connect my brand new Oclean Pro X Elite toothbrush. Error in the app: SN number is wrong.

When I trying to add my new Oclean X Pro toothbrush there are an error that serial number is wrong

I bought a brush and unfortunately I couldn't do the pairing on the App! A SN number message appears, I can't understand. My brush is new and the App says SN is incorrect

Just got my Oclean X Pro, tries to connect it to the app, and it shows an error saying “This device SN number is wrong”. Disappointed.

I had the OClean One for years and just night another one I will have to return because it’s useless without the app. The app claims my email isn’t registered. Well, it was registered with the first brush and worked until I bought the second one. Interestingly, around the same time, my email got used by a random person to register a Snapchat account on my behalf, then they had the audacity to ask me to give them my password. Perhaps these events are connected since it’s tied to the same email OClean suddenly doesn’t want me to use anymore.
