I use Mastercard to deposit, however the must use the same Mastercard to withdraw, however they say only Visa card. So I went to customer service and they say I only can withdraw using the card that was use to deposit (which is Mastercard ). tether will be rejected if I withdraw from there

I can’t proceed any action with my open positions since all actions made will be declined, and now they blocked my account. Who will be liable for the money that i lost and i didn't hear anything from technical support for my concern. I lost a lot of money for this! They prefer losing a customer than solving the problem they made as long as they earn and get your money. Total waste of money. Don't use this platform.
