App is great, customer service is zero
Having been a year-long subscriber I finally gave up, pixelmags could not solve a simple problem of having my subscription extended but still not able to see the new issues in the app. The most annoying thing was that I kept receiving "please have a little more patience, we're looking into your issue" messages for about two (!) months, than they simply gave up doing anything and answering any of my emails. This has all been rediculious, and they kept my money, also.
