Switching between apps or minimising the app puts you straight back on the login page , undoing all notes or actions performed unless app is opened in the browser.
Ever since moving over to Octiv, my facility has never functioned as well as it does now. My clients and staff love the app and the user friendliness. All the functions are well thought out and integrate perfectly into how we want our facility to be run. 5 stars from us.
The app works alright mostly, but lacks some basic features like showing users notes on the whiteboard and gif replies. The UI also lacks some polish with text being cut off in comments , and general user friendliness lacking e.g. displaying past logged weights/times when the same movement is programmed again.
I faced multiple errors when trying to create my account and log in and still wasn’t able to book a class. It has not been an easy app to use
What would be really helpful is if you can highlight the current day with a round circle.. a visual reference especially if you scrolling back and forth through the dates/weeks Also as a visual reference, a small “badge” like dot on the calendar days to quickly spot the days done training Great app Edit : You guys indeed updated the app with these suggestions.. thanks! Having trouble with the app giving a “Time Out” error message almost each morning. Having to uninstall and reinstall the app almost daily to book for classes. Not sure if it has something to do with moving between home and mobile data and gym wifi networks. Could you guys maybe look into it, as a good couple of people at our box has the same issue? Thanks
My app works 2 out of the 7 days. Mostly gives me a “Time out message” I have to uninstall and install all the time.
Not very user friendly when it comes to adding more than one facility to use for booking.
The calendar invites sent via do not work for users. Previous App had this working.
