Doesn’t work
When I first got the rope in December I contacted the company and they helped me out to get it working. Now I come back to it and it’s the same thing as before.

Can’t access the app, after buying the product!! Ugh!!
Beware!
Good luck with this awful app
Purchased the ropes…plural. Scanned QR code in box to get first free lesson. That’s didn’t work. Downloaded app. Made my account. Then you have to pay to get the exercises…mind you this is just a rope from LOWES! Monthly fee is 19.95. Ok, I got the ropes, so I HAVE to get the instructions…I’ll pay the 19.95 per month for the app. Try to select pay monthly….nope didn’t work, they want you to pay for a full year of the app…..$120. LAUGHABLE. Needless to say I’ll be returning the ropes because it’s really too much HASSLE and unexplained expenses to continue the shenanigans! Find a better way to make money without scamming people.
I think this is a scam - app doesn’t work
I was really excited about this, but the app keeps taking me in a loop and doesn’t have any way to contact. I will be reaching out to the company for a refund.

Did I just pay $70 for a $5 rope?
The sales pitch and the packaging says free training, but there is no way to access it. The app is a mess. Of course you only figure all of this out after you buy the rope, download the app and give them your email address. Buyer beware! I guess I have a pretty clothesline now.
Not able to join membership
Stuck in a loop on the app. Can’t give payment info or subscribe to a plan. Deleting now, will just learn on YouTube.

Not able to use the app because it will not verify my email. I keep going around in a circle . help
