You can download this and enjoy it like a single player game no money required. The only people who will spend money are those that want to run the EX stuff which is ludicrously difficult but that’s the end end game here. There is an absolute gem of a single player game to be had. Unlock nameless town and it’s little farms and just log in daily for a while and redeem, soon you will have more than enough resource to complete the game. Haven’t spent a penny, logged in here and there and the devs just throw free stuff at you over the course of your playtime, I have over 15 awakened 5 stars and 7,000 rubies. Hope this helped you decide ✌️💜
This game would be sooo much better if you could skip all dialogue in the first instance.
Gtfoh y’all insecure needy mofos
OCTOPATH Traveler is honestly one of the best mobile games published , It’s design and mechanics are amazing and it’s still getting patches, I can only hope OCTOPATH traveler 2 comes to mobile some time In the future
Would be great if you could play this with a controller
Does not support backbone
I’ve played a lot of free games on mobile and a lot of RPGs. Most of them get boring within a few weeks unless you pay a lot of money to progress up the ranks and whatnot. Octopath Traveller is not like one of those games. The story is interesting. The combat is engaging and I am able to progress at a reasonable pace without spending any money. If you want to optimise your team then yea, you can pay for better characters but you don’t need to in order to play through the game. It really is a perfect mix. I hope that other game developers use this game as a model and create future content as good as Octopath Traveller. This is the new bar and will be for a long time to come I suspect.
