There is no help that I can reach a human being
I paid on the app, for the octopus on my Apple Watch, but it doesn’t show on the app in my iPhone. It just doesn’t update. I added value before but it doesn’t show in my app but there is no email or phone number that I can reach out to solve the problem!
Top Up problem
I have difficulty topping up my Octopus App. It’s usually successful when withdrawing money out but 30% will ended up in my Octopus wallet. Then, it’ll take a long time transferring to my e-Octopus. It normally happens during weekends and holidays. Do something please!!!!

間中就會話交易超時，銀行卡扣數但係就增唔到值，雖然最後會refund, 但係感覺好唔方便，個系統好有問題
