A very easy App to use, giving all the information that you need about you gas and electricity.
I look daily to see how much I’ve exported to the grid compared to how much I’ve paid for imported energy.
It also gives you the times for your changes in tariff price.

Terrible Customer Service
I have solar panels and I’m on the Outgoing Export 12m Fixed tariff, but it seems impossible to get this to be automatically credited to my account. Ever since having the account, I have to email you every month to get this credited. I’m always told the same thing, “ it should happen next month” but then it doesn’t. Are you liars or totally incompetent? It’s getting to the point where I’m going to close my account and switch to another supplier.
Update: It appears that something is going on in the background. After contacting Octopus, things have changed on my app and in my account. I’ll wait to see what happens at the end of July.
Nothing but problems with this company
I signed up 4 months ago and had nothing but issues with this company.
They randomly canceled my contract, charged me random amounts and took forever to respond to my inquiries. On top of all that the app just didn’t show me my consumption over the period of 2 weeks.

A nice slick and easy to use App. No Dramas just w enter your readings and the Tentacles do the rest 😊
Confused
Why am I now being asked to send a smart meter reading when I normally would not. Am I going to be charged more? I am already stretching my budget to meet these huge costs despite being 86 and living alone. I do not feel as if I am being given any sort of real guidance as to what tariff I need to be on which I can afford.i cannot read my smart meter which Is why you’ve always taken the readings. What’s changed? Advice from Martin Lewis?

Unable to change tariff to intelligent go on this version. Customer care aware but unable to help as only able to select this tariff via app?

I’m able to keep track of how much energy I’m using which helps me to regulate my consumption, thus reducing the energy usage and saving me money.
Having the App helps give me peace of mind and I’m reassured that I’m never going to have to pay enormous bills.

Good app- some changes would be welcome
This is a good app; however, I don't want to scroll around looking for where I need to submit a meter reading. I feel this should be clearly shown at the front of the UI.
