No connection to WiFi no matter how many times I tried. ALSO Why would you need full access to my ENTIRE photo albums and all of the data in the photo album to SAVE videos? Limited access should be sufficient enough. Sounds like facial/location database collection. No thanks.

App doesn’t work. The device signal is broadcasting but the app doesn’t try to communicate with my WiFi. ORDRO should use Bluetooth connection to communicate with their device & app & skip WiFi. It’s easier.

Have used this camera with 2 different iPhones & struggle every time. Will it connect through the wi-fi connection has always been the challenge. If it does get connected it will work most of the time but will intermittently lose connection or say WiFi disconnected. Hard to use when recording training videos that requires a POV video for demonstration.

The app isn’t usable. It fails to connect. It’s difficult to get the camera setting to access WiFi to begin with. The WiFi button & the Power button are one in the same. Ridiculous!

App won’t connect to the camera. I bought this and it’s NEVER worked correctly; wi-fi can’t connect. I’m a techy guy and this is a throw away camera. They obviously took our money and ran. No updates, no customer service. Stay far far away.

You will either battle your sanity, or you will battle the app!!! It constantly crashes it says that the Wi-Fi has been disconnected, but it will continue to record. Eleni will have to battle with the app to get the videos to even load on the app and if they do load, didn’t you gonna go crazy battling your sanitytrying to get them to play the video will pop up. It’ll show you a size of the video but you can’t watch it because it won’t play. There needs to be a huge update to this app to fix these issues.

I bought this camera because it was easy to use, I only used it three times and it no longer worked. It no longer connects to my phone and the ordro application does not work, in order to turn off the camera I have to press the reset button, I paid $280 dollars and the worst of all is that there is no customer service, not even to be able to send my camera to them to be repair it, it doesn't matter if I have to pay for the repair. I will not buy anything from this company again.

I received this product in the mail yesterday. I fully charged it, however, it keeps powering off every few seconds to the point of aggravation. The app will also not connect to WiFi; I’ve tried everything. I was hopeful, but very disappointed in the end.

I’ve tried using the 2.7 app on my android tablet and it actually worked. But I can’t even install the older version onto the iPhone

As my title says, don’t buy the actual product. The app support services (which is essentially how you configure the device(s)) is completely disabled. You’re only buying a camera with an SD slot, with no ability to format and/or change device settings. Until that happens, simply remove this entire product line from your wish list. I will be returning my product and reporting to Amazon that the product is currently false advertising.
