Slechte - wat zeg ik - zeer slechte klantenservice.

Je kunt niet mailen. Alleen maar een online lijst met meest gestelde vragen bekijken. Dan mag je bellen en zoals gebruikelijk krijg je te horen dat het erg druk is. Dan vertel je je probleem en krijg geen correcte hulp. Zo ben je weer telefoontjes en daarmee uren verder, en nog niks opgeschoten.

Irritante smsjes

Het is gewoon SPAM die smsjes over prepaid spellen of whatever. Super irritant, omslachtig om af te melden 👎🏼

Overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik !

Totaler Schrott

Man ist leider drauf angewiesen. Wenn man einen Vertrag über 20GB Daten hat, muss man trotzdem nach 5GB immer wieder aufladen und zwar jeweils immer 1GB. Nervt absolut!! Trotz kostenfreir Nachladung. Irreführung ist das, finde ich. App ist langsam und oft hängt es beim Nachladen der Daten. AppNeustart, iPhoneneustart ohne Erfolg. Simkarte raus und wieder rein, danach funktioniert 4G, aber die App hängt noch immer, auch nach 10 mal Neustart. Sehr schwach von TMobile NL. Das Unternehmen sollte gute Programmierer bezahlen können. Ohne App, kein Databundel nachladen möglich. Schlechteste App seit 9 Jahren Apple.

Crashes whenever you want to see more details

I really do like the app, but since the last update it chrashes whenever you click somewhere to see more details. I hope they bring out an update soon :).

Hallo könnt ihr das mal wieder gerade biegen! Ich lebe in Deutschland und nicht in Holland und kann kein holländisch! Die App ist für so nicht zu nutzen

Geeft goed overzicht van je verbruik, en ook detail overzicht zodat je weet waar evtl additionele kosten liggen.
