Odio - Spatial Soundscapes

On my iPhone there is no cancellation option on the manage subscription screen. Website is unclear also. Good trap Odio!

The app said to try to move a sound: The sound disappeared altogether without any movement. The app said try to add a sound: I couldn't figure that out. The soundscape I chose was alright, but I tried several that weren't interesting for me. If I had found a few that I might want to keep as background, I wouldn't have deleted the app. I've been a VoiceOver TTS & braille user for 10 years. I love the idea of exploring 3D and would enjoy trying to understand 3D modeling (outside the current scope of the app I suppose, but it sounds like we are supposed to be able to build using sounds... which is exactly what I wish to do...!)

I am constantly seeking music that embodies frequencies to intentionally inspire specific ways of being, namely peace and emotions of positivity. I am super happy to have found this app, when I play it in my car or on a walk in nature I find myself subconsciously uplifted, exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this app.

You download, open, and want to see what the app is. You can’t even demo it. You have to sign up for a free trial that auto renews. Most of the money going to this app is from people who wanted to try it but it didn’t work for them. Then they forgot to cancel their subscriptions. Evil tactics.

I love ambient music and I’ve been obsessed with finding spatial versions. This app lets me arrange the sounds myself which is amazing! I’d like to be able to position sounds above and below me as well. It would certainly complicate the interface but you are smart! By tilting my head I can get a waterfall to sound above me, but I’d like to place it there when my head is upright.

I decided to give this another go since I’ve become a fan of ambient backgrounds lately. You know, the type of sounds that dull noises around you. People talking, chairs scraping, the little ambient irritations of life. I tried the two free soundscapes while wearing my AirPods Pro max and wow. My mind was blown y’all. BLOWN. The sounds are 3D! They move with my head! I was happy to see you offered a lifetime purchase (rare to find anymore- kudos to you!) and clicked “buy”. I am loving this new meditative headspace called Odio.

First, I really like this app so thank you sharing it free. But I don’t think it means what you think it does. Second, odío means “to hate” in Spanish. I don’t mean to discourage your obvious skills, though truth be told, I’m lucky i know how to use a calculator never mind how to develop an app.

It won’t let me use the Wi-Fi to download more sounds I have to use my 5g. And even when I do it fails to download. It would be cool to hear more sounds.
