ENGAÑO Y Aplicación fraudulenta
Aplicación fraudulenta, si pruebas la versión gratuita y no te gustó, te llamará un ejecutivo para engañarte que todo cumple si utilizas la versión pagada cosa que es totalmente falso, es todo lo mismo, solo quieren que te suscribas para cobrarte todos los meses aún que no quieras usarlo, llamas al servicio de post venta para cancelar la suscripción ilegal que hicieron pero te lo niegan con la excusa de que supuestamente se firmó un contrato y que no harán la devolución… OJO CON FERNANDA INFANTE Y KIARA GREEN, SON LAS ESTAFADORAS CON NOMBRES Y APELLIDOS, TENGAN CUIDADO!!!
UN ROBO
ENGAÑO TOTAL con su ejecutiva FERNANDA INFANTE que nos llamó para pedirnos subscribir a la aplicación cuando decidimos no usarlo después de hacer la prueba en la versión gratuita, supuestamente tenia mas funciones con una suscripción pagada en el cual nos dejamos engañar, posteriormente indicamos que nos cancelen la suscripción por qué no nos sirvió y nos negaron con su jefa KIARA GREEN que supuestamente hemos firmado un contrato etc etc cosa que es totalmente FALSO, todo fue gestionado por la tal ejecutiva Fernanda Infante que logró insertar nuestra tarjeta de crédito para cobrarnos mensualmente sin que nos diéramos cuenta, y niegan dar la baja a la suscripción, tuvimos que reportar un robo de nuestra tarjeta de crédito con nuestro banco para poder deshacernos de esos cobros ILEGALES, TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO ES UNA ESTAFA!!!
