This app will get you a lawyer to help fight but don’t expect it to make your situation better. In my case I lost money. If your situation is debatable, then take the risk. If you strait up broke the law running a stop sign or taking an illegal turn then don’t bother
Terrible service.
My court date is tomorrow. They charged me 600 up front and my assigned lawyer hasn’t even responded. Complete scam. They don’t off over the phone customer service so they can scam easily. Never again they play with peoples freedom and money.

I initially had the option to resolve my ticket through traffic school but hired Off the Record to fight for a dismissal instead. Shockingly, the attorney ended up securing the same traffic school option I already had, claiming it as a “success.” Worse, I not only paid their attorney fees, but I also had to pay for traffic school, making my total expenses significantly higher than if I’d resolved the ticket on my own. Who would pay extra money for the same result? Their money-back guarantee is a fraud, just like their 97% success rate and glowing reviews, which are likely fake. Despite numerous attempts to communicate, they ignored my messages after refusing a refund. Their responses were robotic and dismissive—they knew cases like mine happen often and clearly have no accountability. Don’t waste your time or money on this deceitful service!
