It is amazing app for fresh veg and fruits everything is very cheap price but the quality is A +++ and very happy to use this app.

My five stars to Offerkart for their best efforts to respect customer satisfaction and value feedback.

Very bad food quality specially fresh food like chicken and all…don’t feel any freshness at all.

Poor standards and no commitments. Order was placed 2 days back and we have received a confirmation that the same will be delivered before 10:30 pm today however no delivery and no response / misleading information from the customer service .. this online portal has ruined the festival of ours !!!

Ordered some items for morning slot came by evening, missing many items one item was spoiled and cannot be consumed, they promised for a replacement but this is the 4 th day no replacement or no reply from customer service. Don’t fall for these kind of people.

I was very disappointed in my first order. Very Late delivery, missing items. Bill has changed without inform me .

I was a customer earlier I had some bad experience so I stopped ordering, recently I got a call from Offerkart team and advised they have changed the structure have new management now all should be ok and they offered me some discounts for first order. But I didn’t order using that code it was just for two days. I have place order after few days I got the same issues like items which I ordered not full. One item was missed, they didn’t take the money but if one item shortage they should inform the customer. Vegetables quality was poor as earlier. I wont recommend this app as they don’t have quality of service.

I don’t understand why people are so much happy with this app or company. I Did have and even now have an issue with this service. I placed order few weeks ago to get the grocery for lunch time, it came by evening after frequent contact with customer care. I ordered again on 16th and still not delivered. When contacted customer care it took a while for them to respond, later told me the order is being processed, the next day when I contacted they told order is ready and is waiting for delivery associate. When contacted again no response. 6days still my order is processing when the committed delivery time is same day as per the app. Still why the good reviews??
