Love it!

I looked for a time tracking app done tine back. Found this one and have never regretted it. It does everything I need and helps me run my business.

Great app.

We use OT for all our project time keeping - the notes provide a great record for breaking down jobs later and the reports keep everything on track. We’ve tried assorts of similar apps, including high end stuff and we definitely prefer this - straight forward, easy to use both on the mobile and our computers. Brilliant.

Powerful, easy to use

Great help to me running two small businesses.

Was working.......but not anymore

So we used this in my company fir the past couple of years, but in the past couple of months everyone is reporting problems with syncing, which isn’t working automatically or manually with multiple users.

Hands down the best time tracker there is!

I’ve tried every time tracker I can find! And finally someone gets it this is perfect software! Obviously created by someone who has had to track their time! A very responsive developer! Who bends over backwards to provide the best time tracker app there is! Brilliant syncing with the Mac version! This is a shining example of great software!

Crashing on iPad Pro

Crashing, freezing and the odd black screen. It would be an ok app if it worked but it doesn’t. It’s become too much of a pain to have to keep closing and opening and hoping this time it will work.

Crashing on opening on Apple Watch

I think this is a great app when it works as it should. Although apple watch functionality isn’t great. Crashes on opening almost every time and won’t run on the watch. I used this on a daily basis for my work but it is annoying me now after the last update due to the poor functionality. Please fix!

Why is there no cloud sync?

Have to sync to a desktop is clumsy and inconvenient. Surely having a Dropbox or iCloud sync would make syncing devices so much easier, plus it gives a backup.

Fantastic app.

This is an amazing app, as a freelance filmmaker working on many projects at a time it's fantastic to be able to keep track of what hours to bill to which client. The fact that I can just start the app on my phone if I'm out filming all on my iPad if I'm in a meeting or on my computer when I'm editing at home and then just connect them to the same network and they all sync with each other makes tracking and billing for clients really easy. I also have a clear idea of the time spent doing different tasks and I can share this with the client so everything is transparent for them. I also use it to keep track of my own time spent training, learning software, or even wasting time on social media. It was quite a shock to see how much time I spent in an unproductive way!! The only addition I would like it's for a cloud-based way of syncing so that if I'm away on location for a long time without my desktop computer, the files the times can be synced remotely. Keep growing guys, you rock!
