Great Store, shame Apple Pay didn’t work

The store is amazing for a Liverpool fan. To have so much choice of official merch is awesome, especially as we know we’re supporting our club! The discounts are also great, we saved 25% off our order. Just a shame Apple Pay didn’t work, making checkout a bit more trouble.

Amazing app

This was so easy to use and it took me about a minute to log in and buy my new away shirt. More great work LFC 👍

Until putting payment through

Had to try 10plus attempts to get my order through. First there was an item out of stock which wouldn’t highlight which one in the payment screens. Then when trying to use ApplePay kept losing the delivery method. Eventually went through but was close to point of giving up!

Absolutely Awful App

Can’t log in, tried resetting password to no avail. Tried buying as a guest, can’t add item to basket either

LFC store

Absolutely love shopping at LFC great items at great prices got a few Christmas presents in so all good, and I’m sure the recipients will be over the moon with there gifts.

Football top

It took me about an hour to order my son’s football top as when I got to the checkout it said that I hadn’t entered my first name even though I had. Also there’s no one to contact for help!
