Offline Translator Pro 8 lang

Recently I had a lot of problems with this app wanting to download every time I needed to use it. So it was not useable overseas. The developer has been good to deal with, and the problems seem to be fixed. So, it's good when it works.

I found this application so useful in my recent trip to Italy. I relied so much on it every time I was stuck for words in Italian . I would recommend it any time.

I paid the extra and bought this app a year ago and it used to be quite good but the last upgrade killed it When opened now it asks whether you want to download all the files for speech and photos if you say yes the last 125 MB of download never completes and app doesn't work if you say no thanks to the downloads option the app still doesn't work and simply takes you back to ask you again whether you want to download the extra files so it no longer works at all

This app is amazing! I used it while traveling in Italy. It's easy to use, gives pretty accurate translations and the best thing is it works offline. I would definitely recommend it. Well worth the money! My only issue was that I couldn't figure out how to slow down the speed of the verbal translation. But this was a minor thing.

Really good with the 7 languages. Photo translation helpful, even if funny sometimes. Would be extremely useful if it included the other northern European languages.

This is really helpful when going over seas and i rate it 5 stars. It could improve its voice quality becasue it's hard to hear.

I purchased the pro. The paid version works offline. But I only use English and Spanish. There is no spell check. So if you spell something wrong. The transition is wrong. I compared it to another translator. Some of the translations are incorrect. The app needs more development. I’m not sure if it is translating correctly. so I don’t use it anymore.

download files do not work

I just paid 8 bucks for this app. I downloaded it and tried to use it but I keep getting a message saying it needs to download some files and asking me to allow. I click yes and it shows download in process but stays at 0 progress. I let it sit, icon spinning for over and hour and no progress. I try to contact app support but just get a message saying help is unavailable. Did you all just steal my money?

During the first few minutes of translating from English to Spanish, quickly realized the app is not very accurate. For example, in English I type, “I am sick today”. This program translated it to Spanish as “Be sick sot”. It should say something like “Estoy enfermo hoy”. I definitely had the correct languages selected.
