Current features allow you to:
• Safely sign in from anywhere. Easily access your account info with Face ID or your fingerprint. You can add multiple accounts and switch between them.
• Start, stop or transfer your electric service.
• Track your energy usage. Through Energy Insights, you can view your energy usage and learn where you can make adjustments to see more savings. You can also see an estimate of your next bill.
• Report and monitor outages, including expected restoration times. You can also view our System Watch outage map.
• Pay your bill and manage payment options. View your current bill and pay with your preferred payment method. Set up a payment arrangement. Enroll in Auto Pay and Paperless Billing. Make guest payments.

Add credit card payment info

It does not allow option to add a credit card payment method, nor to use a credit card for ongoing autopay…only bank account info. I don’t want to link my bank account. I want to autopay via my CC. Can you please add this feature? It allows me to pay one time via CC…but how cumbersome is that going to be to do that every month. Please add ability to add CC payment and auto pay via credit card. Thank you.

Og&E failed to give me an activation number to pay off my balance, and the same day they provided the number (4 days later), they turned off my power. Thanks OG&E!

Just like the company, this app is just trash. The lack of functionality is frustrating. You can’t even change simple things about your account in the app. It’s basically an app where you can give them money. Because that is all this company cares about. But what else is to be expected from literally the worst power company that has ever existed with the worst customer experience ever.

I entered my email and my password and it got me through then when I went to add my account number and my activation code and click on the name o it said error. I did this about seven times still error

Doesn’t have checking accnt payment option

First time paying via the app. It only gives me the option to pay using a debit/credit card which they charge for. There is no option for checking account. When I look at my profile it shows my account information but there’s no option to pay by checking. Am I missing something? Update: I now see there is an option to pay via a checking account. Make a Payment, Payment Method. If you’re already have your checking account set up the info should be there. Or you can add payment. This was not like that before. I pressed all the buttons and drop down menus and did not see that option. Thanks for updating the app.

login issues

Login should allow using my phone's passcode of face id fails. Every other app does! Also, I shouldn't have to login just to see the outage map, previous versions allowed that. The outage map is PUBLIC FACING not tied to my account. Make those changes and I'll change the rating.

No iPad app?

OK for a phone app I suppose, but energy insights would be easier to use on a larger screen WITH LANDSCAPE MODE, please.
