This app doesn’t work since the huge technology upgrade implemented sometime in March of 2025. I haven’t received a bill nor can I. My usage since March 2025. I have complained numerous times to customer service and they tell me not to worry every single time.

This is the easiest pay my bill app I’ve ever used. It takes like 5 seconds and you’re done.

If I could do another company, I would truth be told. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment and our bill when it was icy out was never this high. The service has gone down since 2021. And to top it all off, we are charged 10 dollars for an issue that wasn’t brought to our attention until Thursday and it occurred 2 weeks ago.

Using the OG&E app is super simple and fast. All the information I need is easy to find. I wish all my utility bills were this simple to pay.

I find it disgusting that a person is charged to pay with a debit card.

I just got the app to pay my bill and it freezes and times out non stop. It won’t let me pay my bill even after adding my checking information. Very frustrating.

the app was down for a week or two. after it was up, i had a payment due. the app took the funds twice. said there was not a payment due for another 2 months bc it took payment twice. then i get a shut off notice that i missed a payment. how does that even make sense.

Honestly worst customer service ever. They do an upgrade on there systems and after 18 years of making my payment with the same bank they can’t seem to process my payment. They blamed my bank and in reality they haven’t even sent it to them to process. Now charging me a 30 fee and saying my bank account is closed. My bank said they have so many issues with Og&e. Arkansas valley electric needs to pick up some more neighborhoods!
