Customer service is very good and fast. App works well. Just I would like to see more information about quality (each product made by what, how many % of ). I think they can check size guide bcs I feel size doesn’t match (but not very big difference, for example, I wear XS size and when I ordered bikini XS it looks small , so I felt like I need S ).

Cute outfits and clothes but wont let me create a wish list or add anything to wish list either, just keeps loading and never fully loads

I have historically used the app without any problems but over the last month I am constantly put into a loop the never ends when going through the payment options whilst checking out to purchase my items. I have used the chat bot to try and resolve it but not very helpful and so frustrating!!! I’ve often ended up not buying the items as it’s proving just too difficult to do so!!! Very disappointing!!!

First time downloading the app. Coupon code doesnt work. Will uninstall

I love oh Polly but the app is frustrating and it throws you out, always saying errors so easier to go through Google search

The app is quite annoying. I dislike having to put my order reference to view an order when im already signed in to the account! Overall it doesn’t work very well

Oh Polly is my favourite online store. It’s easy to navigate , love their clothes and it’s easy to get through to customer service.

Wish list and favourites never seems to load and I have deleted and reloaded it and still nothing

It doesn’t load my favourites, it doesn’t load videos that reviews have left. It’s a really poor user experience. The website is much better so it’s pretty sad that the app is in such a state.
