I placed a order on august 17 and it’s already been 28 days since I placed that order and I still haven’t received my package yet. I already paid for the duty fee and everything. Everytime I reach out to customer service they say they will look into it and nothing gets resolved.
SIMPLY BAD!!
I’ve been trying to place my first order for a while now looking for a dress for the holiday but it gets cancel, first I received an email saying the order was processed successfully and 10 min later it’s cancel.

if i can give this app a 0 star review i would. this app is terrible, i tried buying a dress and it said i needed a different payment method, so i used another card and it would say the same thing. i tried reaching out to oh polly and they never reached back out to me. my birthday is now 4 days away and yet i still have no dress because oh polly failed me. i also tried using pay pal and still no luck. i am extremely disappointed and i hope i never come across this app ever again!

no way to track order
have received no updates on my order after it reached customs. went to try and find a way to track my order on the website? click the track my order button and it’s just a photo, no real way to put any info in. the photo would just close after you click the order number text box to try and find yours. then went and checked the app for a track my order and that just is not an option. click delivery information and it’s just a chart telling you how long it will take for your order to approx get there but nothing else. this is really weird and suspicious and makes me feel like i just got scammed.

You included “size purchased:” in the review section automatically!
Also! If you could offer a “height:” section in the reviews as well. This would help your purchasers leave wonderfully helpful reviews with their posted photos, and make people such as my self feel more comfortable buying with more information!
Main Critique:
Size purchased, Height, optional Weight section.
And maybe even a “like” and “dislike” button, much like other brands that offer “$1-2-3-etc.. off” after a certain traffic of good ratings.

The 10% discount I was sent did not work kept saying invalid. What a joke.
Quality over quantity
I absolutely adore filling my closet with Oh Polly… you’re my go to online clothing shop. The quality of the clothing is always outstanding. I’m obsessed.
Sizes
Not everyone is the same size. It only goes up to a 14. What about women who are a little bit bigger in size. Overall terrible. It makes us women feel bad about ourselves. Never shopping here.
