They have the worst exchange rate as compared to any other platform, and the delivery time is a joke, and now they are holding my money hostage, not willing to refund to payout, but insist on a review,
Unreliable and non-responsive service
My account already debited yet receiver not yet received money sent almost 1.5hrs ago . Ridiculous
I have sent money more than twice and it took over 1 week for transactions to be completed. They were both emergencies and this app totally failed. Big big thumbs down as i couldn’t get my money back or even the customer services was useless. Very appalling.

This app has really won me over because they stick to their terms and conditions as promised. Out of all the apps I've tried, they offer the best rates.
There is a very serious delay in transaction with the app. When you use the referral link, they won’t give you the bonus. Also, for the past 2weeks now ohent pay have decided to keep their buying rate static while they keep increasing the selling price with the fluctuation in the currency. So, I can’t recommend this app for anyone. They currently seem dubious If you insist on using the app, try to compare with others to find out the current rate Thanks
I made 2 payments from the app at 7:15am on 17/04/2024. I am writing dates now because I want someone else to review what happened on that day. Both transactions appeared to go through, were still processing on the app. Around midday, Someone from their customer service contacted me and asked for an account number to redirect the first transaction I made, that it could not be completed due to a restriction on that account number. I asked them to send this payment back to my account, she insisted I must give an alternative account. I gave an account number but they eventually sent it to a wrong account. Apparently, this handler picked a similar name among my recipients, which also happened to be the recipient of first transaction I made in the morning. The handler said she has sent the money to them. She did not check account number, just sent the money to a similar name. At this point I am expecting the recipient to receive 2 payments. The recipient did not get 2 payments. She just got 1. Up till now I do not know what happened with the payment I made to this same account earlier in the day at 7:15am. It has just vanished into thin air. The handler insisted that the money sent is the one she redirected at 4:51pm, not the initial transaction I made. I believe she lied, made mistakes, deleted payments here and there and still lied to cover herself. I believe fraud happened there. I just can’t prove it yet. It is scary to see that someone on the back end can authorise payments to a wrong account without any checks and barriers. You would think people who deal with money will be so strict and cross check numbers not be so careless. There are hundreds of people with the same name for goodness sake. When I make payments my bank card still asks me to authorise them on my app. It is shocking to see that these guys redirected a payment and will not need any further authorisation from me such as a thumbprint or just any confirmation through the app, even a code will do. Really dodgy. On the app there was no record of the initial transaction that was not completed. They deleted it completely. I expect to see transaction failed or transaction not completed or transaction redirected. It is not right to delete it completely just because it did not go through. There should be a note there to tell that it was redirected. An audit trail is very very important. Payment send since Thursday 12 April 2024 has still not been received and this people have baltanly refused to refund my money to me. There are hundred money people having the same issue with them and they are still accepting payment and not paying out
