Quit working
The app quit working in april. Same as others, I get a technical error when I try to login. My info is correct and still works on the website.

My 7 plus will not download the upgrade which makes it useless. My phone is always with me. If an emergency occurs I can’t access. My chart and will not get another phone. Too expensive. Take into account older adults don’t walk around with the. 15
Every time you update this app it kicks me out for weeks(then tells me I need to update the version). And you cannot report it because it’s a free app. Everything gets updated and I cannot log in. It’s so annoying! Fix this! I’d like to use the app not log in on my computer.
It was important for me to communicate with my service providers. Can’t now without downloading the ap that seemingly started 10 hours ago. Tried to get the ap but couldn’t because I use a perfectly fine iOS 6 plus. You’ve effectively cut off my communication with my physicians. I’m angry.
The app lacks two important details to make it better for both the patient and physician: 1. App should ask how many issues the patient wishes to discuss with their doctor. This could be a drop-down and then allow user to provide a word or sentence for each item. This would also have the added benefit of making clear to the patient that they can reasonable expect up to three issues to be discussed during a 15 minute appt. 2. Doctors should be able to customize their availability into 15 or 30 minute blocks and also block time out so they can complete their charts. (This is more a statement of the Epic backend system than the app). But it would also impact the app since someone wishing to discuss 4+ issues could look for a 30 minute appt block
Been using this app for last 1 year. With latest update not able to login due to technical error (error 4). Same issue with my wife’s mobile once updated.
Updated to current version and cannot log in, like other users said every time you try to log in you get a “technical error: 3/4”
The app is not letting me login while the OhioHealth Mychart web site is letting me login. Please fix the back-end servers for this app. Or provide aan accurate error message. Otherwise you are making people change their passwords unnecessarily. Same problem as in ver 6.30.0 has reappeared.
The recent update will not let on the app. I can go to the website and sign in but not the app.
I was forced to update and now cannot log in. Deleted and reinstalled and it did not help. Very disappointing because many people have been sending negative reviews about this and now users are forced to download the bug.
