Driver went on another trip
I booked the cab twice but 2 times the cab was assigned. When I called driver he said call center assigned another trip and he had no clue about my trip. Just deleted the app. Never again going to try!

Poor app developed and no communication only
Worst app ever seen Booking done in city the cab driver is in airport how is it possible
Baaaaadddd - no for airport or scheduled pickups
I booked a cab for airport drop 5-6 hours before. No driver confirmation and driver calls and tell he just got number and it will take 1 hour to come.. such a horrible experience.. never ever try to book a cab from OHM for airport
Unreliable app
The app is completely unreliable. Cabs are shown available when they are not. Driver locations are vastly inaccurate. On call support is poor too.
Pathetic Service
I recently had a terrible experience with Ohm Cabs at the Hyderabad airport. Their service was abysmal - the cabs were not only expensive but also filthy and poorly maintained. The Ohm Cabs app was riddled with bugs, making it impossible to book a ride smoothly. I highly advise against using their services.
App not ready for use
Disgusting app and fares are very high.
HORRIBLE!!
Absolutely ridiculous fare charge by the company from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to Jeedimetla. Was charged more than twice the normal fare amount compared to other cabs. They say they will charge by the meter. God knows what meter they follow . NEVER TAKE THEIR CABS FROM THE AIRPORT. Lesson learnt.
