The CTUC OHV Trail Map California app provides in-app access to the entire line of OHV maps from the California Trail Users Coalition.
View the map in several zoom levels and navigate to popular destinations throughout California. The map covers 85 million acres of world-class OHV recreation lands from the sand dunes in the desert to the forests in the mountains, from the Colorado River to the Pacific Ocean. Depicted on the map are thousands of miles of legal, designated OHV roads and trails, as well as OHV Open Areas, wilderness areas, State Parks, military bases, and other public and private lands.
The map features backcountry motor vehicle routes designated by the BLM, USFS, NPS and other land management agencies.

I could not, download any maps

Is this app no longer working?

Get the paper maps from this organization instead

The app is a great idea but the zoom function is not useful and the app seems abandoned. The paper maps they put out are cheap more readable and good as a back up if your electronics fail.

Useless

Thought this would help me when off road but can’t even use the app. Everything is blank, no maps, can’t even download one. Thought it was strange I couldn’t see ANYTHING. But I see other iPhone users are having similar issues. Want a better rating? Fix your app

Can’t load new maps

I wanted to upload a map I didn’t have. Clicked get maps and nothing happens. Tried multiple times over a few days. Using iPhone 11 iOS 17.5.1 So I removed the app and uploaded the app again of course all maps I had were deleted and the get maps still isn’t doing anything.

There are no maps to ‘get’

Great App but Los Padres Map won’t load in “Get Maps”

Hey guys- can you look into this? Will change rating once fixed. I’m able to download the other maps just fine.

Will not “get maps”

After several attempts of trying to download maps, I gave up. Once I select “get maps” the app just shows a loading screen for several minutes until I eventually have to force quit the app and try again. Unfortunately the results are the same each time.

Can’t get maps to load

Jawbone ATV rental recommend this app. It is useless. It will not pull up ANY maps to load. Waste of time! Just get a paper map and save the frustration. 👎🏼👎🏼
