Downloaded app and am not able to log in. It is requesting email & password. But no option for new log in.

Huge disappointment

I thought this was an answer to exactly what I was looking for. Should have listen to the negative reviews.

Can’t access app

I’ve downloaded the app but it won’t let me log in.

How do you create a log in

There’s no where to create the log in. This is useless it has great reviews except for the people who have said this exact same thing. No where to create a profile and be able to log in as a new user. Immediately deleted the app!

Can’t Log In **Edit: I figured it out

Edit: I went to the app support. It took me to their website where I signed up and paid the annual fee. Now I can access the app. If I like it I will change my rating, but for now only adding one star bc it should have given instruction or been more user friendly in the beginning. So how am I supposed to log in? I opened the app and found a log in screen but there’s no way to create a username and password to use for log in credentials.

Misleading shouldn’t be allowed in App Store

Download app only to find out it’s only for their website. Had to read the reviews to find that out

Very Confused

I downloaded this app after seeing all the great reviews, but it appears this app is specifically for people who already have a log in somewhere. I honestly have no idea where I can get a login and password. After downloading the app, I opened it and it immediately takes you to a login screen. I've seen this before, so I looked for the first time user or new sign up button. There was no such thing. So I tried to put in an email and a password as if I was signing up new, thinking that must be the process. Nope it told me "user not found." I looked for a menu or a help of some kind, but the only other click able thing was forgot password. At this point I figured, why not try this. Of course, I got the same user not found error when doing this. I now have zero idea how to actually open the app. Definitely frustrating. Hopefully I can save someone else the time I wasted on this, by not downloading in the first place.
