Fijne app
Maak al heel lang gebruik van deze app maar was in 1 x de pasjes kwijt. Contact gehad met de service desk en die hebben alle pasjes terug kunnen zetten. Super fijne app en top servicedesk!

I had issues signing in when I changed to a new phone, Antonia gave me great support and guidance and followed up a few weeks after to make sure everything was fine! App is really easy to use. Highly recommended!
Opeens gaat de app niet meer open
Blijft continu tracen dat de beveiliging aan het updaten is. Al mijn pasjes staan er in en nu kan je nergens meer bij???????

Kan geen account maken ook niet rondkijken. Dus werkt gewoon niet
Uitgelogd
Uitgelogd en geen wachtwoord meer paraat. Het team van support@okap ingeschakeld om de pasjes met de mettertijd verdiende voordelen weer terug te krijgen. Zij hebben alles in het werk gesteld om mij hiermee te helpen. Met als resultaat dat ik alle pasjes weer terug heb.😀👍
