There is no clear Instructions or HOW TO PLAY

No instructions, no how to play, I am new to this game but tried several times to learn how to play with the joker cards (4 leaf clover) but it wouldn’t work, you would think they would have clear video or practise games to show you the moves. Wouldn’t recommend it for beginners of this game as it does NOT show you HOW TO PLAY.
