Katastrofalt dålig app, loggar ut en konstant och när man loggar in på nytt med bank ID skapar den mig som ny medlem , har då även sedan inna. Både företagskosrt och privat… Gör om gör rätt.

Pay for refueling with your mobile
Add and link your payment card such as Visa, Mastercard, and OKQ8 card, including OKQ8 Business Card to our app to pay for fuel. Drive into the station and park at the pump, open the app and select which pump you want to refuel at. You will then find the receipt digitally in the app. You can also easily pay with Apple Pay.
Wash your car
You can easily purchase car wash subscriptions or single washes in the app, and wash your car without having to leave the vehicle. 8 washes/month, no commitment. You will then find the receipt digitally in the app. Cards accepted for payment are Visa, Mastercard, and OKQ8 card, including OKQ8 Business Card.
Find a station
Find and get directions to gas stations, car wash facilities, or charging stations. You can filter by our various services and offerings available at each station.
OK member – collect digital stamps
If you are already a member, you can easily log in and collect digital stamps (completely automatically) on all member-registered purchases and receive a reward after every 6th purchase. If you are not already an OK member, you can easily become one directly in the app with BankID.
OKQ8 Bank
If you have a private card, you can easily log in to okq8.se via the link in the app and, among other things, check your balance, block, and order a new card.
Rent a car
Easily book a rental car, truck, trailer, or minibus on okq8.se via the link in the app.

Jag önskar att BankID kunde öppna sig själv när man tankar
Tankning
Ofta appen inte ens hittar pumpen och man kan inte tanka. Sällan det fungerar med faceid utan man måste hålla på med BankID trots man sparar inställning att använda faceid. Ni verkar inte ens vilja förbättra appen. Brutalt dåligt!
Appen fungerar inte, så dålig
Helt värdelös app. Anställ bättre app-utvecklare.
Svårt nå OKbank via appen
Svårt komma in i OK bank via appen. Står och tuggar efter ok från BankID varefter den återgår till intro sidan. Inlogg till banken via appen aldrig varit bra men klart sämre sista månaden när den oftast inte fungerar.
Skräp
Ingen nytta av appen.
Går inte att logga in på banken..
Blir ofta/alltid felmeddelanden när man ska logga in på banken i appen..
Inte OK
Appen är en hemsida. Kortet går inte att ansluta till Apple Pay. Bonus och återbäring finns inte i "appen " Snart 2025 och ni fixar inte sådant
Inget händer.
Med tanke på alla recensioner och synpunkter, borde någon förbättring ha skett. Så jäkla struligt att komma in på OkQ8 bank. Vill se saldo, men icke. Skärpning!
Verifiering
Har använt appen i ett halvår och helt plötsligt kunde det inte dras abonnemanget från mitt bankkort, står att det inte går att verifiera mitt bankkort. Har varit i kontakt både med banken och med kundservice hos OK/Q8 och ingen kan lösa det.
