How full feel a kyc App has been no option kyc

Plz guys don’t download very dangerous data hackers there in app money debit but how ?cosamer support was zero don’t waste your time and money

More than 5k rupees are stuck at Ola Money ! I did kyc once but i don’t know how it got reset! Whenever i try to withdraw or pay via ola money it says i have to re-KYC but the damn kyc is unavailable since ages! I want my moneyyyyyyyyy!!!!!

App does not work and now wallet blocked from main ola app also and no option to do kyc all seems like a scam. Fix the app and simplify kyc process and allow wallet use

Not able to complete the KYC process as upload selfie functionality never works. It always throws wring error that “failed to upload due to internet issues”. Kindly fix the issue ASAP. My money in wallet is stuck!

Very unprofessional service to collect money. You guys have stuck my money in ola money wallet and not giving any option to transfer it back after submitting all the details in the withdraw option. Take a loan you frauds, don’t take money from our end.

I have been mentally harassed by Ola Money service. I have already raised a concern that there is no record or something or any ride I have taken to pay extra Ola Money. I have sent mail also, but couldn’t find any response from Ola. Till now I am getting calls from Ola and they’re threatening me to pay the amount which i haven’t used or no record found. I won’t recommend anyone to use this kind of service from Ola. It’s worst than what you think. It doesn’t even deserve a star.
