The worst trading app
Kotak securities is the wordy trading app that I have come across. They are just not able to resolve customer issues. Extremely horrible experience. Apps like Zerodha and Grow are much better. Dooms day for Kotak Securities is not far away if this approach persists.

I see whenever there is high volume the app screen get closing down by itself . Like today it closing down by itself

I suggest everyone to everyone for not using the application for any forms of transaction, most of the times useless updates will be going on without any improvement.

Price updates during the market session are very slow and sometimes charts don’t open. Please look into this. Everything else is fine. Thanks!
