Likely a Rogue app

This app will not let me log in with my OM UK account details, which work fine on their website, hence i suspect this is rogue app.

I cannot log in to this App using the username and password that work fine on the website.

Simply rubbish!

Tried to login with my details but it doesn’t work. Neither does the email feedback function!

Why always ask for screenshots of inability to log in?

Nobody can log in to this application with credentials that they know are correct - why ask for screenshots, etc when the login process is clearly broken and would be discovered with even the most rudimentary testing. Please don’t insult me by asking for any details - just test your app to ensure that users can actually log in! If you eventually fix this I am afraid it won’t help me as I have deleted the app as I don’t trust your flawed development process with my financial details.

App doesn’t work

Just like other users reported this app is practically useless even with the correct login details which works on Old Mutual website but doesn’t work with the app.

Terrible

1. Downloaded the app 2. Tried to log in lots of times but the app never worked 3. Read the reviews 4. Deleted the app 5. Viewed my account via OMW website instead. I wonder if they paid someone to develop that app or if the office junior did it from YouTube videos?

No so useful

Says my information is wrong- it isn’t. Maybe only intended for SA users. Developer seems to reply to everyone with same cut and pasted answer Am now looking into transferring my funds to a provider who makes the effort to supply working website/ app.

Can’t log in. I assume SA means this dies not work in the UK.

Would have been good to use but hey ho Fidelity here we go.

Doesn’t work

Same story as the other reviews, the app will not recognise my log in details. Very frustrating!

Currently useless - Cannot sign in (Still!)

Cannot sign in every time I try which has been the case ever since this app was rolled out. Contacted Old Mutual Wealth with screenshot (as requested), had a response asking for more details which I sent them immediately but I have heard nothing more since the 25th September.
