The website and products are fantastic and stellar quality, but this app is buggy and clunky and 1000% awful. It’s like from eons past and it makes me not want to order anything when I had to reload the app 10 times (hard reset) to LOG IN.

As the title says, its laggy and glitchy. You’re better off using the site version instead 💀

This app is horrible and huge waste of time! Takes forever to load…..

I dont know why the app running so slowly on my phone compare to the website. When I went through the sign up process, it took me forever to get it done. I had to go to the website to complete.

I hate that the company only allows you to use coupons if you purchase through this app. Signing up is a pain, everything lags as crashes, i will be purchasing using these coupons and then will immediately delete this app and never use it again. I wish it was better, the actual contact lenses are great.

This is a very frustrating app to use. Freezes a lot. You click on something and nothing happens. You got to click like over 10 times for something to load. Slow and buggy app. Save yourself the trouble and just order from their website.
