Great app, the notched sound therapy is very helpful. Could do without the forced 25 part questionnaire every three days though.

Tinnitus can often cause negative thoughts and emotions, which then further exacerbate tinnitus, creating a vicious cycle. Record positive thoughts and observations to take control back and be the true owner of your own thoughts.
- Education: Deepen your knowledge and understanding of tinnitus with our 10-day course. As the saying goes, "knowing is half the battle!"
