No instructions/doesn’t say anything

This game is fun however once you complete New York there are no instructions on how to go to London. I’ve gotten well over 1 million dollars and it just says “earn more money to unlock”. I already completed New York so I don’t know what I am supposed to do. Might delete it if nothing happens.
