In no way is this a reflection of the store, which is a hit or miss bargain store if you want something specific, yet great if you are trying eto balance a budget or find a decent gift that would cost twice as much anywhere else. The prices are unbeatable. The app on the other hand provides very little other than store location, an image of their latest advertisement showing exactly what you get via email or mailer/newspaper (with no specific information, just an exact image of the flyer), and a image of any discount coupons you may qualify for. Very little else. I understand it’s a discount store and inventory is totally random and changing. However if you are going to create an app, you have a big opportunity to speak to a target audience who is actually seeking you out. Offer a blog or some brand information or additional product information on what is in the flyer. I hate giving it a 2 star because there is nothing buggy or malfunctioning, nothing wasteful, irrelevant or misleading. It’s just bland and boring. Maybe it’s part of the savings they pass on and that’s forgivable.

Decided to sign up for this even tho there is no Ollie’s close to me. Went through all the info you wanted password everything. Then the end wouldn’t let me press the bar to enter. I did it twice and it doesn’t work.

I recently got an Ollie’s card and went to use the app and I can’t create an account. Keeps saying I’m missing a required field. I thought I might have already had an account and tried that and same thing. Tried to change pw, same thing. No clue why it says I’m missing required fields when I’m not. Guess I’ll uninstall and just wait for ads and hope no one asks for the card.

What’s the point of the app they just show you the news papers you can’t looks at any of the items they have in the store it’s very pointless

Love Ollie's!!! I like the speed of the app, I really only use it for my Ollie's card though. To keep my wallet a little thinner. Wish the app would let you add it to apple wallet for easier access.

Do you people not know how troublesome your app is? Have the powers that be not figured out how to look at reviews about their app? Or is it that they just don’t care. They were asked to do a thing, they did the thing, and that’s as far as it goes. They’re not trying fix anything, check anything, or assist anyone with the thing they did. They did it, got paid, it’s done — they’ve washed their hands of it lol. Horrible customer relations for an equally horrible “app”. You can’t pass the sign up screen. I thought it was my phone until I came and read the reviews - which I normally do before downloading an app - but the one time I don’t, look what happens lol. It shouldn’t be called an a”app”, it’s just a sticker. Shame on you, Ollie’s.
