The pop-up saying skip language occurs EVERY time I launch the app. Ideally should remember language preference. Also add to wallet crashes my first boarding pass immediately.

Not convenient
Repeat uninstall and reinstall has been done.. however app crashes and unable to book ticket or claim my points via app. Pls rectify this issue..
Application crashing instantly while selecting destination.
Dear Oman Air team, Today got an new update on my Iphone, I updated the app and am jot able to enter destination details, app is getting close every time. Please look at the issue Thanks
The mobile pass generation doesn’t work. That’s the most important part of check in !!!

Always showing notification “sindbad number, email or password wrong”. I tried to reset password around 10 times. Same problem. I didn’t forget my password. I saved and typed carefully. Then decided no need to use it. Keep calm and enjoy the journey.
We had booked business class tickets on Oman Air with a stay at a good hotel. TRANSFER DESK , OMAN: So, we reach Muscat and there’s this counter for transfers etc and there’s this same man at the counter every time we go there and he puts us up in CHEAP hotels! We are BUSINESS CLASS passengers paying SO MUCH MONEY and he purposely puts us up in very cheap hotels every time. This time we were promised a Ritz Carlton Hotel when booking the business class tickets but that man told us that they hadn’t signed up with them yet.. now who knows if that’s a LIE! At least we didn’t believe him because he always lies to us, EVERY single TIME. -He calls all cheap hotels to book rooms for us and when we ask him for hotels like Holiday Inn which they put us up in, once. He says they’re fully booked without even making a call to them. -This is unacceptable service from Oman Air. -Last time we were shoved into a minibus with all economy passengers and given the same hotel as them where the rooms were stinking! ENTRY TO PLANE: We aren’t even given a separate lane to enter the plane nor a separate bus. We aren’t given first entry either we’re just mixed up with other economy passengers. LOUNGE:The lounge is really good in the new airport and the service too. So no complains about that. CONCLUSION: I hope OMAN AIR improves their service so that we can recommend their service to others.. but for now there is NO WAY I am going to recommend anyone to travel by Oman Air. We have already given them a lot of business by telling others to book their business class tickets and all of us are being cheated especially at Muscat! Thank you for reading my review. Kindly try to spread the word so that Oman Air improves their service. :)
Trying to understand why the travel information is not available under manage booking though I logged onto the app? Every time you need to enter the booking reference and the last name to fetch the detail. So why should one have an account created in Oman air website?
