Stop working after one month
It looks like is recording but is not saving anything on the SD, I wrote a email asking for some help but I didn’t receive anything back
Confusing but completely functional
Not 100% sure how to save video while driving or how to access saved videos, but that might be user error. It’s very important to read the manual and keep it! I wish it was more user-friendly but it’s a functional app
Cannot connect to phone
Had 3 channel Dashcam. Can’t connect to my iphone. Tried all possible suggestions they mentioned on the manual. They really need work on app. Not good
Doesn’t Work
Inoperable.
Won’t connect to WiFi or my phone
Wasted 2 hours of my life trying to connect the cam to my iPhone and it won’t even show up on my WiFi. Waste of time. Very disappointing
Avoid
This software didn’t work even though it was recommended by the dash cam manufacturer. I used Peztio software instead and it worked perfectly on my iPhone.
Terrible software
Makes me want to return the camera
Modern design, Glitchy buggy app
It has all the features that I would expect for a dash cam. However the app & staying link and connected to the built in dash WiFi is buggy and will not stay connected to format settings, view & playback recorded footage & stop recording footage. I Had to close and exit app multiple times and reconnect with the dash cams WiFi just to try to mange some of the functions that’s within app. Such as formatting SD card etc. Very tempted to return this product to Amazon and shop around. Hopefully there is an update to the app including for the software. Not very satisfied with this product.
Not able to connect
Why I am not able to connect even after following the steps. Is it because of the software update.
