Poor customer relation
I first try to transfer 2000AUD to CNY, but some how the app never send me the money after I provided all my information, even though, it's okay to have bugs for the system, so I contacted costumer service, and till now I haven't receive anything from the official, I feel like I'm ignored, and it's crazy for an app that does remittance to not send the money instantly but taking weeks and still not be able to remit the money for a costumer. This review is not just about complaining their poor service but an official warning to the app and the company that they need be notified about this situation and reply my email and phone calls asap before I have to call certain department in order to get this thing settle.
