This app was amazing until now. I just opened it to see what coverage I have left and it’s now telling me my insurance doesn’t qualify for the mobile claim service? So now I can’t make claims through the app anymore? It was working perfectly fine before. Ridiculous
As other comments have remarked, it’s very disappointing that one of the big banks cannot have a functional App. Once you put the credentials, you won’t see nothing else. Hopefully whoever dev from DJ is responsible for this will fix it one day..
Apparently when you autofill your password, the app will think that the password is "wrong" and lock you out of your account. That's just plain ridiculous considering how much money is in the account - they're punishing you for using a secure password manager and autofilling your password. They don't even apologize for the bug they're responsible for, don't provide you with any compensation whatsoever, blame you for using the "wrong" password, and force you to go through long wait lines to reset your password that's never been wrong to begin with.
Why the heck in the app of a massive corporation so slow other than to cheat people out of their reimbursements?

Every time I try to fail a claim it just loads and loads and never brings me to the next page. I would love to be able to just file my claim.

When trying to find out what claims have been made to date, more so for finding when you can schedule a next appointment, just points to whatever your company documentation says. Doesn’t show when the last claim is, so you can calculate when you can schedule things.
