因为地图功能需要进行周边关键字的搜索，所以定位功能需要在后台服务启动，以便于根据当前位置进行关键字搜索
因为里面有个子功能 云音乐盒退出功能去访问其他功能还需要继续进行音乐的播放，所以需要在后台服务启动
