So cool. Why has no one done this before? Right from your phone - easy to register, easy to book. And even a chat line if you need to adjust your reservation. And THEY DELIVER IT TO YOU! How cool is that? My first trial run was a one-day rental last week. Easy peasy. Now I have reserved for a full week. So much cheaper than traditional rental agencies and so convenient to have the car brought to you.
I have used this service over 5 times for the last couple of months in Toronto. For the underlying rental provider, the cars are clean and well-maintained, with the service friendly, courteous, and generally on-time. The app/platform itself is fairly intuitive and strives to streamline the reservation/dispatch/pickup process - it does a great job although I can see room for improvements (probably future updates). There have been some small hiccups (eg changing a time of a booking) but that is to be expected with a new, growing platform and process. Look forward to continue using this!
