I have booked many holidays with on the beach and have had a great time every time. Pictures and info about the holidays are accurate so you can trust that what you see is what you get. You will be flying with budget airlines but that’s fine with me and hotels we have had have been good value, clean and friendly. I always recommend on the beach
Always book with On The Beach Fabulous Hotel stayed September 2024 , going October 2025 .
Paid for a week away costing £2000 plus food and drink etc Got to the “4*” hotel which was trashed. Mould, damp, balcony door randomly opens and we have a child, shower hanging off the wall, roof covered in damp patches, walls cracked, mould in the fridge. All I get out of such a bad experience is a discount voucher for £110 on my next purchase. They sell you great locations cheap and give you trash. Miss sold holidays are there specialty. App doesn’t work that well ether. You end up using the external apps like Ryan air to manage your bookings.
No way of contacting them
The app was working perfectly fine until I changed the dates… now I’m unable to log in to my account and keeps throwing me back to the search page… thinking of cancelling the full holiday at this rate.
