Booing reference not recognised
I also cannot get logged on using my booking reference. Any tips on how to get around the problem.

Doesn’t recognise my booking
As with all the other complaints it doesn’t recognise my booking. Looked promising but nope nothing.
Doesn’t work
Does not accept my myb number like everyone else I tried everything.. very disappointed
Broken app
Same as all the others, ref not recognised. OTB have released a broken app
Logging in
On the page you need to just put “OTB” and then on the next page you put your full MYB ref I got loads of really interesting ideas for my upcoming holiday. Found the map dead handy to see what theres to do around my hotel! Love it

Does not recognise
Tried the app but it does not recognise my MYB reference. I have tried it without letter and just numbers, capital/lower case letters etc etc….. still no luck. Have emailed OTB via the email to me and no one replies. The same as they were no help with the holiday we have just paid 5k for, all they can say is sorry nothing we can do but we will take your 5k thanks

Works but very disappointing.

Booking ref doesn’t get in and then 2 hours plus on a “Live Chat” - joke - waiting for real person to assist who just sent password reset- no help at all
Not working
Not recognising my log in details and says invalid but tried everything and won’t let me log in, useless
